Supported by a professional team of 15,000 employees, McDonald’s operates over 245 restaurants in Hong Kong and serves over 1 million customers each day.

With the constant drive to innovate for growth, McDonald's Hong Kong has always been a powerhouse of innovations. In 2017, Experience of the Future service concept was launched to deliver the next generation of customer experience with new restaurant designs, intuitive facilities, attentive customer service and premium burgers. In 2018, McDonald’s App was introduced to elevate customers’ convenience to a whole new level.
