Great Harvest Group was established in 1989 with core business focus in wet trade finishing, fitting-out and landscaping works. We adopt a direct labour management system for self-employed workers or lowest-tier subcontractors to carry out the construction works and expand this system to cover other specialized works including large panel steel forms, aluminum handset formwork, aluminum cladding, aluminum windows/sliding doors, glass walls and precast facades. While SARS brought severe adverse impact to the construction industry in Hong Kong, the Group was visionary in diversifying into versatile construction and property development business, as well as recruiting number of professionals in the industry for sustainable development in the market. The Group has grown into a principal contractor and a property development company since 2004.
