M&S has nurtured both my professional and personal growth. From the moment I started my journey as a Part-time Sales Advisor whilst studying at university to then progressing into the role of Floor Manager following my graduation. I have experienced many challenges and learning opportunities during my time with M&S and I am now currently a Learning and Development Specialist, which is really exciting, in fact I still feel the same level of excitement and passion that I felt from the first day I started.
Since joining M&S 9 years ago, I have had many different roles from a Sales Advisor to Store Manager. More recently, I opened a food store in Queensway Plaza as the Store Manager and I am now the Store Manager of 2 small M&S Food Stores, gaining my multi-site experience. M&S is a marvelous place for me to grow my career in retail and has taught me so much about my operational and management style and has helped me improve to be a better leader.

Our star-studded cooking event featuring Chef Kit Mak came to a close yesterday at Langham Place, where she demonstrated how to cook two of three delicious dishes created using M&S quality traceable ingredients. We will be sharing all three recipes soon so don't forget to come back for more!

What a fantastic day on 19th April that all the Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers gathered at Gold Coast Hotel to attend the “Making EVERY Moment Special” session! In 2017, we focused on making special moments to our customers. While in 2018, we would like to put “every” into our focus and ensure we can drive our service consistently to every customers in every interaction every time! We also shared about how we can lead, empower and support our team well such they can Sell Well and Sell More. The day was full of healthy debate, fruitful discussion, inspirations, laughers, tears and applause! We are planning to bring this great session to all of our store members!
