Course Overview
About the Course
Designing a document in InDesign using styles is more consistent, easier to create and more importantly, easier to make modifications that will be global. You will learn to create, apply, and modify Paragraph, Character, and Object Styles to text and objects in your InDesign document. Imagine being able to change ALL your headings or body text in a multi-page document from one font and size to a new font and size in seconds. We’ll also create an object style to add a drop shadow and/or stroke to all pictures in a document.
What You’ll Learn
Course Objective
Understand the similarities and differences between paragraph and character styles for text and when to use an object style for graphics. If you’ve worked with InDesign, and have repeating formatted text, it is time to create, apply and modify paragraph styles for text.
