Against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic and a mass migration wave, there has been a talent shortage in Hong Kong in recent years. Retaining talents has become the top challenge encountered by Human Resources professionals nowadays.

To retain talents, implementing measures which are designed around employees’ needs is the key. Meanwhile, enterprises ought to take care of employees’ long-term needs through thorough planning including MPF scheme and post-retirement solutions to enhance their staff’s cohesiveness and sense of belonging, so as to foster a win-win situation.

CTgoodjobs is organizing this HR Seminar in collaboration with BCT Group and Taikang Asset Management (Hong Kong) Company Limited to share insights on:
  • Tips to establish comprehensive employee protection to reduce the turnover rate;
