Mr. Darron Sun
Darron is a seasoned IT, Internal Audit, and Cybersecurity professional with years of experience gained from both the public and financial sectors. He is Forbes Technology Council Official Member.

Currently, he is the Head of Information Technology in the public sector. Before joining the public sector, he held various senior positions in a leading global financial institution including Senior Audit Director, Assistant Vice President of Information Systems, etc.

Mr. Sun holds various professional qualifications including two Master degrees, CPA, CGMA, FCMA, CFT, CISA, CISSP, CRMA, etc. He is actively participating in community services by holding different senior positions including Director of Lions Club of Hong Kong IFC Charitable Foundation Limited, President of Lions Club of Hong Kong IFC, VP of Scout Association of Yau Tsim District, Hon President of NT Regional Association of The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association, Deputy Chief Supervisor of Hong Kong Road Safety Patrol, Vice Chairman of Institute of Financial Technologists of Asia (IFTA), VP & Treasurer of ISACA Hong Kong Chapter, Financial Expert of Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ), etc.

Alex has more than 20 years of banking and finance industry experience. Prior to joining FORMS, Alex was IBM HK’s Banking Industry Executive. Currently, Alex is CEO of FORMS HK and Thailand, he leads FORMS’ FinTech talents in HK and SZ across GBA to make FORMS a leading FinTech thought leader, incubator and enabler. Today, FORMS has more than 2,000 FinTech professionals who possess strong business and technical expertise coming from HK, mainland and overseas, providing technology consulting and implementation service for financial institutions and central banks.

Christy is the Head of Fintech and Green Finance Research of HKUST Business School, where she oversees the theme-based research projects and leads the talent development initiatives in the areas of fintech and green finance.

Christy is a seasoned education administrator, researcher, and project management consultant. She has over 10 years of experience in external and in-house consulting, managing and delivering complex and large-scale projects. She has worked with many university and secondary school students on a variety of educational and IT projects throughout her career. She started the Summer Institute and International Summer Exchange Program for HKUST in 2010 and 2011 respectively, created a unique and enriching learning experience for senior high school students in Hong Kong and university students from around the world. Prior to joining HKUST Business School, Christy founded an IT consulting firm that assists university students with strong interests in technology to develop innovative IT products. She now focuses on helping students acquire skills and knowledge in fintech, green finance and ESG to fill the talent gaps for Hong Kong’s financial sector.
