職責 / Job Description

  • 協助總經理制定並組織實施行銷計畫,領導團隊完成年度銷行銷目標 / Company’s annual objective, to plan and execute annual sales and marketing plan with GM
  • 制定行銷策略,管控行銷計畫的執行,擴大中國市場發展 / Set up, formulate and implement sales & marketing strategies and action plans to expand the market share in China
  • 負責商品價格策略的制定及部署,為公司在中國市場的商品定價及利潤提供 分析 / Lead the development and deployment of across Divisional pricing processes and strategy designed to formulate price/margin competitive analysis for China market
  • 進行客戶分析,開拓並推進中國行銷市場 / Develop meaningful market analytics that foster strategic thinking regarding the most significant sales and margin growth opportunities in China, establish and drive continuous improvement in the marketing and sales process
  • 與社交媒體合作,強化品牌推廣,提高商品在實體商店及網站上的形象 / Support and work with marketing team to drive traffic to store and website, social media, and brand promotion

任職要求 / Requirements

  • 大學畢業優先 / Degree holder 
  • 有豐富的服裝、鞋和配件產品銷售經驗,5年以上相關銷售團隊管理經驗 / Minimal 5 years sales manager/leader experience in Shoe, apparel and gear product is a MUST
  • 中英語聽、說、讀、寫熟練 / Good commend in written and spoken English, Mandarin
  • 良好的人際溝通技巧,優秀的市場開拓能力,嚴謹的組織能力和商務談判能力 / Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • 強大的領導和管理能力 / Strong leadership and management skill
  • 有建立和管理銷售團隊的經驗 / Experience in setting up and managing sales team is a MUST 
  • 需要經常在中國國內出差 / Frequent Travel within China
