Responsibilities:

  • Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure consistent, high quality food production and maximizes the financial performance in all areas of responsibility
  • Supervise overall kitchen operation and control food costs by getting the best quotations from suppliers
  • Ensure the Chinese kitchen maintain high standard of hygiene, cleanliness, safety and practices
  • Plan menus to match the seasonal flavor and advise on food pricing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in Chinese kitchen
  • knowledge of the overall operation of the kitchen section
  • Creative, enthusiastic and passionate about food and food production
  • Strong supervisory skills, as well as a team player who is motivational and has excellent communications skills
  • Good command of spoken Chinese and English
  • Immediate available is preferred
