We have our own factory in Yuen Long district, New Territories, Hong Kong, which integrates warehousing, manufacturing and packaging, covering an area of more than 20,000 square feet among which over 6,000 square feet is for Class 10,000 dust-free rooms. The factory has more than 15 mask production lines, capable of producing masks for adults, ladies, middle children and children.

Our company specially selects non-woven cloth from all over the world. All our materials are provided by top-notch manufacturers with all necessary domestic and international certificates or test reports. We look forward to producing high-quality masks for everyone to use.

We mainly sell masks via online channels. Since the foundation in February, the number of fans on Facebook has reached 300,000, whereas the maximum traffic of the official website once reached one million. Our news has been covered and updated on various media, including Reuters, AFP, Bloomberg, NOW News, Cable News and Apple Daily.

職責和責任:

  • 支持人力資源和行政經理來管理所有一般的人力資源事務;
  • 處理所有人力資源和一般行政事務;
  • 在薪酬和福利,醫療,保險,納稅申報和其他與人力資源相關的服務中提供行政支持;
  • 輸入和更新人力資源信息和數據(包括請假記錄,加班記錄,強積金等);
  • 協助計算工資,包括休假工資,獎金,薪酬,2個工廠在職員工的強積金;
  • 提供全方位的人力資源服務,包括人力資源記錄,出勤記錄。
  • 提供人力資源管理和文書支持,文件和報告歸檔;
  • 協助招聘和面試安排;
  • 提供並協助辦公室管理;
  • 提供支持並參加指定的臨時項目;

要求:

  • 具有DSE或以上的文憑/人力資源/工商管理或相關專業證書者優先;
  • 至少3至5年可靠的人力資源經驗; 了解《香港僱傭條例》及其他與人事有關的法規;
  • 精通PC知識,即MS Word,Excel和中文文字處理;
  • 具有獨立工作能力;
  • 主動,專心,組織力良好,負責任;
  • 優秀的人際溝通能力;
  • 精通中文和有良好的書面寫作能力。
  • 即時可用性為佳

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support HR & Admin Manager to manage all general HR affairs;
  • Handle all HR and general administration;
  • Provide administrative support in compensation & benefit, medical, insurance, tax declaration and other HR related services;
  • Input and update HR information and data (including leave record, overtime record, MPF, etc);
  • Assist in payroll calculation including leave pay, bonus, compensation, MPF for serving staff for 2 factories;
  • Provide full scope of HR services including, HR record, attendance record.
  • Provide HR administrative and clerical support, documents and report filing;
  • Assist in recruitment and interview arrangement;
  • Provide and assist office administration support;
  • Support company activities, meeting and appointment;
  • Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc project as assigned;

Requirements:

  • DSE or above with Diploma / Certificate in Human Resources / Business Administration Management or relevant discipline preferable;
  • At least 3 to 5 years solid HR and Admin working experience;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislation;
  • Proficient in PC Knowledge, i.e. MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;
  • Ability to stand alone and work independently;
  • Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and responsible;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Able to work with people of all levels;
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese.
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Monthly Salary: $15,000 to $18,000
