工作職責 Job Responsibilities:

  • 確保出品質量及賣相,並配備合適之醬汁 / Inspect the quality, quantity and presentation of food to ensure that it is served with proper sauces and /or condiments
  • 與廚部及廳面溝通以確保所有菜式能準確送達 / Communicate between kitchen and service staff, to ensure all dishes are provided to the right table immediately

工作要求 Job Requirements:

  • 具有中餐及西餐傳菜經驗 / Experience in Chinese and Western cuisine
  • 服務有熱誠及提供良好顧客服務 / Service oriented and good customer relations
  • 具良好溝通技巧 / Good communication skills
  • 主動及有責任 / Proactive and responsible
