  • 負責日常公司前台工作
  • 負責為各同事及客人預訂機票及酒店工作
  • 負責安排電話預約服務, 會議室預訂及安排等相關工作
  • 協助行政經理有關行政工作, 包括考勤及報銷
  • 負責辦公室物品的訂購及派發
  • 完成其他上司交辦的任務


  • 掌握使用電腦和 MS Office的基本技能
  • 能流利使用廣東話、普通話和英文溝通
  • 具備良好的與人溝通的能力, 以及善於幫助他人 


  • Take responsibility for daily reception duties 
  • Business trip and travelling arrangement for colleagues.
  • Greeting and directing all visitors, telephone calls, taking messages and support full spectrum of general office administration
  • Procurement of stationery and office consumables
  • Coordinate meetings and conference room usage
  • Prepare payment requisition and general expenses reimbursements;
  • Assist in company activities and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.


  • DSE graduate or above
  • Good telephone manners and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in computer knowledge including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered

Remarks :

  • 5 Days (Monday To Friday) , 8:50am-5:30pm
  • Medical 
  • Double Pay and Bonus (No Guarantee)

  • Working Location: Tin Hau
