工作職責:

1. 協助公司管理層制定公司業務策略、業務流程及工作計畫, 以達企業經營利潤最大化的目的;

2. 協助公司管理層找尋新的發展項目;

3. 帶領項目部門進行地產/物業市場調研及分析, 定期向公司領導報送相關報表及研究分析以助公司決策 ;

4. 帶領銷售部門確定銷售目標、計畫、活動及進行市場推廣活動,確保完成年度目標與計畫 ;

5. 與業務合作夥伴(如地產發展商/測量團隊/物業管理公司等)及政府部門保持經常聯繫。

 

任職資格:

1. 本科以上學歷,企業管理、市場行銷或房地產專業, 於相關工作崗位有10年以上經驗。

2. 具有豐富的香港房地產開發/物業租賃/銷售工作經驗,熟悉香港房地產行業相關政策和法律法規;

3. 對香港房地產開發/物業市場有遠見,能協助公司領導制定公司願景和使命;

4. 熟悉中國及香港各大地產開發商,設計團隊,建築師團隊及測量團隊, 具有較強的人際網絡者更佳;

5. 具備優秀的統籌、組織及溝通能力, 具有敏銳的市場洞察力去應付多變的市場環境 ;

6. 優秀人際關係能力,良好團隊合作意識 ; 有責任感,積極,主動的工作態度,並能承受工作壓力, 獨立完成工作;

7. 能操流利粵語、普通話,英語, 優秀的中英文寫作能力。

 

Job Description

1. Formulate the overall business development strategies, workflows and working plans to achieve profit optimization ;

2. Assist the top management to generate new business opportunities;

3. Lead the business project team to prepare market research and analysis reports on property development and real estates for management’s decision;

4. Supervise the Marketing and Sales team to organize sales campaigns and market events for property projects to achieve the sales target;

5. Keep good relationship with business partners (such as Property developer / Surveyor/ Property Management Company, etc) and governmental departments

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree holder in Management, Marketing or Real Estate or a relevant discipline, 10 years’ experience in same position;

2. Solid experience in property development, sales and lease of property, familiar with related regulations of property development and real estate in Hong Kong ;

3. With foresight in property development and real estate market, be able to assist the Management to formulate the vision and mission of the company;

4. Strong network with South China and Hong Kong major developers, designers and architects are preferable;

5. Excellent coordinating and organizing and communication skills, keep pace with the fast-growing, fast-changing property markets

6. Excellent interpersonal skills, good sense of teamwork; with a sense of responsibility, positive, proactive work attitude, and be able to work independently under pressure;

7. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Including Mandarin)
