Responsibilities:
Provide customers with excellent quality of service through hotline
Assess customers’ needs and help customers solve their difficulties through phone and other channels
Suggest professional recommendations to customers and handle customers request or complaints according to the standard
Handle orders from customer and update customers’ information in the system
Requirements:
Form 5 or above
Well come Fresh Grad, 1 year customer service experience is advance
Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
Effective interpersonal, communications, problem solving and telephone handling skills
