  • 優秀的人際關系、溝通、協調和解決問題的能力
  • 積極主動的工作態度


  • 本科及以上學歷(內地接受教育者優先考慮)

客戶服務主管 (大中華區) 工作時間:

五天工作,上午9:00 至 下午 06:00 (有需要周六值班,輪休假)

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Supervise all daily functions of the Customer Services – Greater China (“CSCN") team
  • Ensure the highest level of service is provided to customers
  • Encourage teamwork and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Provide daily and weekly reports to management
  • Participate in the development of training plan and work procedure
  • Allocate and ensure proper monthly manpower coverage
  • Communicate regularly with management and external parties to ensure current and accurate information is presented to the team
  • Handle escalated complaints


  • Possess a high level of customer service skill. At least 5 years’ experience managing a customer service team; previous digital customer service or ecommerce experience in a call center setting is highly desirable
  • Professional working proficiency in spoken and written Simplified Chinese and English (Native Putonghua speaker is definitely an advantage)
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated and strong initiative

Education Level:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above (Priority will be given to candidates who received their education in Mainland China)


Customer Services Supervisor – Greater China is required to report for duty 5 days a week, from 9am to 6pm, including Saturdays on a rotational basis.
