  • 接待訪客 , 及為客人安排預約服務
  • 協助處理行政事務
  • 處理文件檔案
  • 接聽電話等辦公室日常工作
  • 每週六天工作


  • 中五或以上程度 , 具備8年或以上客戶服務經驗
  • 具備5年或以上管理經驗將獲優先考慮
  • 待客有禮 , 態度友善 , 良好的電話溝通技巧
  • 流利粵語 ( 書寫及會話 ). 流利 英語及普通話更佳
  • 懂基本電腦操作 , Microsoft Office 操作
  • 居住於九龍區,可即時上班者 , 將獲優先考慮

  • Work as a Customer Service Supervisor in our Jordan Centre
  • Manage and coordinate other customer service staffs
  • Perform general customer service duties
  • Answer phone enquiry and handle appointments appropriately
  • Help in managing daily operations of the centre
  • Support clerical and office administration
  • Maintain the customer service quality and support its continuous improvements
  • Six days work per week


  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 8 years relevant working experience
  • More than 5 years management experience is highly preferred
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills, polite and cheerful
  • Fluent in spoken Cantonese and good command of written Chinese; good in English preferable
  • Familiar with MS Office & Chinese word processing
  • Living in or near Kowloon District, and immediately available is highly preferred
