工作職責
一般接待員工作;
文書處理及電話查詢。
入職條件
教育程度:中五或以上資歷畢業,完成文憑/證書課程優先。
語文程度:良好粵語,普通話或英語優先;懂閱讀中文及英文。
工作經驗:有經驗優先。
聘用條款
其他津貼:有酌情性花紅。
工作地點:元朗。(公司提供免費接駁巴士服務)
試用期限:為期3個月。
標準工時:
星期一至五上午9時至下午6時及
星期六上午9時至下午1時,
星期日休息;包括1小時有薪午膳時間;
每週工作5天半。
相關假期:
有薪假日:按連續性合約受僱滿3個月可享有有薪公眾假期
有薪年假:按連續性合約受僱滿12個月後,每年可享有7天有薪年假並根據集團內部假期政策。
疾病津貼、生育保障、男士侍產假或其他並沒有提及到的,將會以香港僱傭條例指引給予計算。
Job responsibilities
General receptionist tasks;
Handle telephone inquiries.
Entry requirements
Education Level: Secondary 5 or above graduated with diploma / certificate preferred.
Languages: Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin or English Preferred; Able to read Chinese and English.
Work experience: Related experience prefer.
Other conditions
Other allowances: Discretionary bonuses.
Work location: Yuen Long. (Company provides free shuttle bus service)
Probation period: 3 months.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Saturday 9 am to 1 pm,
Closed on Sunday; includes 1 hour paid lunch time;
5½ days a week.
Related holidays:
Paid Holiday: A paid public holiday is granted for 3 months after being employed under a continuous contract
Paid annual leave: After being employed on a continuous contract for more than 12 months, it is entitled to annual paid annual leave of 7 days in accordance with the intra-group holiday policy.
Sickness allowance, maternity protection, men's paternity leave or anything else not mentioned will be calculated according to the guidelines of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
