Job Responsibilities

  • Process all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way;
  • To provide quality service and handle guests’ enquirers & complaints;
  • To achieve the high level of guest’s satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner;
  • To ensure the cross-departmental communication in-order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively
  • To handle other daily departmental operation issues
  • Provide accurate information about the facilities, classes and availability


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 years' relevant experience in Hotel Industry, fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Service-oriented with sound knowledge in Front Office Operation
  • Self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Able to work on shift
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
