- 接聽客戶電話查詢及投訴
- 為客戶轉換航班，訂購機票，酒店及其他產品
- 與客戶建立及維持良好關係及客戶服務
工作要求
- 歡迎Fresh Graduates
- 有客戶服務及銷售經驗更佳
- 中學學歷或以上學歷
- 成熟主動，良好學習能力及溝通技巧
- 願意學習及與樂於為客人排解疑難
- 流利廣東話，良好普通話及英語
- 懂其他外語更佳
- 可即時上班優先
- 年齡不拘
