Diploma or above with at least 2 years customer services experience / Higher Diploma or above with 1 year experience / Degree with no working experience will also be consider. Good spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin is preferable
HKCEE / DSE程度以上及兩年客戶服務經驗 / 高級文憑學歷以上及一年客戶服務經驗 / 大學程度則無需經驗，良好英語及普通話
