Main responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with excellent quality of service through hotline
  • Resolve customers’ issues right the first time in the most efficient way
  • Handle shipment tracing, order booking and customer complaints in a professional manner

 

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above
  • 1 year customer service experience, preferably in logistic industry or contact centre environment
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Effective interpersonal, communications, problem solving and telephone handling skills
