Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To provide general IT helpdesk support in arranging and monitoring the maintenance services for repairing the faulty computer equipment
  • To assist in preparing documents including tender and invitation of tender on the procurement of hardware, software and services in accordance with internal procedures
  • To arrange, prepare and check payment documents for settling invoices of purchased equipment and services
  • To update and maintain inventory records of IT equipment and perform physical checks
  • To keep stock and monitor stock level of computer supplies and assist in their procurement and payment
  • To prepare documents and check records for providing support on Quality Management in IT services


  • Secondary Graduate, Higher Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology is preferred
  • Min. 1-2 years working experience in procurement or IT related field
  • Experience in general Windows support, hardware/software support
  • Good Knowledge in MS Word & Excel
  • Willing to teamwork and good communications skills
