職責:

  • 負責日常辦公室行政工作及雜務, 如: 文件釘裝,掃瞄及影印; 安排辦公室及會議室設備, 更換蒸餾水等
  • 協助整理文件歸檔及管理文件倉庫;
  • 需外勤工作, 例如到銀行, 公司註冊處等; 負責文件送遞及分發
  • 履行上司所委派的其他工作

資歷:

  • 中三程度,良好粵語,一般英語及普通話
  • 有基本辦公室清潔知識,勤奮,守時,有禮
  • 具有相關工作經驗優先
