营运部 驻港 船 长( 1人 ) Port Captain (Operations Department)

(一)主要职责

负责审核船舶的积载计划,确保满足安全营运和租约合同之要求;
负责审核船舶的装卸货计划,确保满足租约合同,港口条件和安全操作要求;
负责根据需要登轮监督指导船舶营运操作;
负责评船舶营运性能;
同港口代理,码头,租家沟通联系和协调;
部门长交办的其他工作。

(二)任职资格

海事院校航海系本科及以上学历;
具有VLCC油轮船长资历;
曾在办公室工作?任驻港船长职务或相关业务工作经验者优先;
有较好的?语及英文听、说、写能力,具备良好的团队协作精神;
能熟练使用各种计算机办公应用软件。

Job Responsibilities:

Review vessel’s cargo stowage plan/loading&discharging plan.
Review vessel’s loading and discharging plan being adequate in all respects to meet Charterer’s requirements and in compliance with terminal restriction to ensure safe cargo operation.
Attend cargo loading/discharging operation aboard the vessel whenever required.
Assist Department Head in reviewing vessels’ performance with regards to charter party obligations.
Communicate with port authority, charterers and agents to establish friendly continued relationship with them.
Undertake Department Head relevant assignment whenever required.

Job Requirements:

A maritime university degree or above holder in navigation and competence in ocean going master grade.
Master rank experience in VLCC.
Previous experience as Port Captain or relevant working experience in office with oil tankers management is essential for this post.
Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
Spirit of team work.
Well-versed in computers and MS Office.
