工作內容:
• 電腦系統硬件、軟件、網絡和相關設備故障進行分析、判定與排除異常
• 技術設備狀態監控及定期檢測，確保系統正常運作
• 電腦及網絡設備配置和維護
• 電腦系統硬件和軟件清單管理
• 執行系統運行及維護管理
要求:
• 資訊技術、電算機科學相關科系畢業
• 工作經驗: 1年以上相關實務工作經驗
• 具備英語、廣東話書面及口語表達能力。
• 熟悉Microsoft Windows、Server、Workstation OS、Microsoft Office、Windows等常用軟體
• 具備良好的TCP/IP、資訊安全、電子郵件、網絡架構以及網際網路的技術基本知識
• 已取得MCTS/ MCITP/ MCSE專業認證者尤佳
• 具有優異的問題解決能力和分析能力，並勤奮向上可獨立工作
• 具有一定的抗壓能力，以及優秀的團隊合作能力
