1. 管理催收团队并不断优化组织建设; 2. 有效利用数据化、智能化的手段,结合具体的操作管理流程,在控制成本的前提下降低滚动率及不良贷款; 3. 通过数据化的方式进行外包合作伙伴的分层及绩效管理,赋能外包合作伙伴; 4. 持续推动业务创新,包括但不限于客户触达渠道、合作伙伴的管理创新项目; 5. 探索警示性的风险指标,推动贷后和贷前政策、产品的反馈互动; 6. 负责协调开发、数据、技术团队,推动系统建设,落地策略和产品功能,提升催收管理效率和有效性。 1. Lead collection team and continuously improve team development; 2. Effectively leverage data-driven and AI-based solutions, and detailed execution management process, reduce churn rate and bad debts on the basis of cost control; 3. Leverage data-driven approach to segment and manage outsourced collection teams, empower them; 4. Continuously promote business innovation, including but not limited to customer access channels and partner management; 5. Explore risk warning indicators, promote feedback interaction of pre-and post-loan policies; 6. Responsible for coordinating data and tech teams as well as facilitating system development, implementation plan, and product functions, to improve efficiency and effectiveness of collection management.
1. 本科以上学历; 2. 5年以上信贷业务相关经验,3年以上零售或小微企业的贷后管理工作经验; 3. 有团队管理和项目管理能力,渠道管理经验1年以上; 4. 具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作意识; 5. 具备较?的自我学习能力、抗压能力和细心、耐心、责任心; 6. 语言要求:普通话、英文、粤语。 1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. At least 5 years of experience related to credit business, 3 years of experience in post-loan management in retail or SME; 3. Team management and project management capability, at least 1 year of experience in channel management; 4. Good communication skills, team player; 5. Strong self-learning capability; ability to work under stress; detail-oriented, patient, and responsible; 6. Language requirements: Mandarin, English, Cantonese.
