我們正為知名餐飲集團旗下的中環高級日式餐廳招募餐廳總經理。這對開朗外向、能操流利日語的你來說，是一個很好的機會。
工作職責：
- 與總廚合力管理店舖營運及領導店舖日常運作
- 提供優質的顧客服務、處理客戶的查詢及投訴，以確保高客戶滿意度
- 確保店舖衛生及清潔，嚴格執行食品品質及安全指引
- 編制更表，處理翻譯及文書工作
- 提供培訓以提升店員服務技巧
- 推廣品牌及達到每月的銷售目標
入職要求：
- 中五或以上程度
- 具3年或以上餐廳營運及管理之工作經驗﹙日式餐廳優先﹚
- 擁有日式食品及酒類知識
- 流利粵語、一般國語及英語
- 流利日語﹙JLPT︰N1﹚
- 開朗外向、主動積極、擁有良好溝通技巧
薪酬及福利：
- 優厚薪金﹙$22,000至$30,000+額外小費﹚
- 有薪年假10天起
