(五天工作) 助理會所經理 (Assistant Clubhouse Manager) - 康城/將軍澳/東涌私人住宅會所

工作時間：5天工作，輪休。中早輪更，每更9小時

工作職責：

• 負責監察會所日常事務及運作
• 管理前線員工，提供優質客戶服務
• 確保會所設施正常運作
• 策劃和舉辦會所活動及場地佈置
• 處理日常行政工作

工作要求：

• 持有酒店/款待管理文憑或相關學歷
• 具備至少3年會所或酒店行業工作經驗
• 注重團隊合作精神，具領導才能
• 積極主動，服務至上，良好人際及溝通技巧
• 良好粵語和英語讀寫能力
• 熟識電腦文書處理及Microsoft軟件，懂中英文打字
• 願意輪班工作，並在周末及公眾假期當值

Working time: 5 days work, 9 hours per shift

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the entire operation of clubhouse
• To ensure a well-trained team and provide quality services
• To build and maintain customer satisfaction
• To manage clubhouse facilities in good order
• To plan and organize clubhouse events and recreation activities
• To prepare daily and monthly reports

Requirements:

• Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in hotel or clubhouse or hospitality industry or equivalent
• A good team player with proven leadership skills
• Self-motivated, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
• Accept shift duty and work on public holidays
