本會透過四個電話投注中心，為全港市民提供優質而有效率的服務。本會現正招聘以顧客為先的專才加入我們的行列。
主要職責：
1) 透過電話為客戶提供投注，查詢及產品服務
入職要求：
1) 年滿18歲
2) 中學程度
3) 申請者必須能操純正粵語

年度服務表現獎金可高達3600元、有薪值勤小休、多項工作津貼（特別日子值勤津貼、夜班服務值勤津貼等）、多元化工作表現獎勵及康樂活動、產品及客戶服務培訓及工作晉升機會
時薪：
$67.5
時間組別：
R2 - (每週約2天, 每天約6小時)
日馬賽事－中午12時至晚上7時
夜馬賽事－下午6時至凌晨12時
海外賽事－日期及時間按賽事公佈而定
R3 - (每週約2天, 每天約4至5小時)
日馬賽事－下午1時至下午6時
夜馬賽事－晚上7時至凌晨12時
海外賽事－日期及時間按賽事公佈而定
R5 - (每週約2天, 每天約6小時)
日馬賽事－ 上午11時至下午7時
夜馬賽事－晚上6時至凌晨12時
海外賽事－日期及時間按賽事公佈而定
*註：日馬賽事： 一般為星期六、日或公眾假期
夜馬賽事： 一般為星期三
*實際工作時間將按預先發放的更表編排

Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution.
