- 按照公司標準培訓員工
申請者需要乎合下列基本要求︰
- 完成HKCEE/DSE或以上
- 1-2年工作經驗
- 有輪班營運工作經驗者優先
- 流利的粵語口語和書寫，及懂簡單的英語

We are currently looking for a high caliber to join our "Airline Services Team" (Equipment, Bond & Commissary Packing Department) as “Operations Assistant Supervisor"
In this role, you will:
- Supervise all catering assistants (packers)
- Monitor day-to-day operation such as check and disseminate customer requests from email to operation
- Call other departments for missing items
- Update packing list as per customer request
- Plan roster and host shift briefing
- Create quality standard and check quantity of equipment
- Demonstrate and educate junior staff in order to improve and develop products and methods
- Train and develop staff with company standards
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- HKCEE/DSE or above
- 1-2 years working experience
- With shift operation experience is preferable
- Fluent spoken and written of Cantonese, Understand simple English
