工作職責
 

  • 負責接聽電話,處理客戶預約,解答客人一般查詢
  • 資料輸入及一般文書工作
  • 客戶服務辦公室工作
  • 每週工作41.5小時, 5.5天工作 (星期一至五8:30am - 6:30pm, 星期六9am - 1pm) 或 5天工作 (星期一至日及公眾假期 8am - 10pm)


工作要求
 

  • 會考/ 文憑試或以上程度
  • 一年或以上客戶服務工作經驗優先考慮
  • 良好中英文溝通能力
  • 提供良好客戶服務



Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls for appointment booking and general enquiries;
  • Maintain good customer relationship
  • 41.5 hours per week, 5.5 days work (Mon - Fri 8:30am - 6:30pm, Sat 9am - 1pm) OR 5 days work (Mon - Sun & Public Holiday 8am - 6pm)

 

Job Requirements

  • HKDSE/ HKCEE or above;
  • With one year CS working experience preferable;
  • With good customer services skill;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment;
