工作職責
- 負責住宅大廈維修及檢查工作，包括水電工程、一般水電技工工作
- 例行檢查大廈設備
- 處理緊急維修服務
- 跟進及監察承辦商維修過程
學歷/要求
- 持機電工程署發出之電力工程人員A級或以上牌照及持有有效平安咭
- 持有工業學院電機工程或屋宇設備工程證書，或持相關學徒訓練證書╱有效相關建造業工人註冊證或其他相關證書
- 不少於兩年或以上大廈保養維修工作經驗
- 油漆、木器或泥水之大廈保養維修工作經驗優先
- 基本電腦操作
- 工作地點：馬鞍山
