營業部主管 Sales Supervisor

Reporting to Sales Department Manager, the incumbent will lead a team of sales/cashier staff and assist in monitoring the daily operation of a sales department to achieve the high standard of service and excellent sales performance.

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above
• A least 3 years' retail sales operation and marketing experience
• Effective problem solving, organizing and leadership skills
• Good communication skills and able to build rapport with customers and vendors
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Applicants with less / more experience will be considered for other suitable positions
• Work on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays & Shift duties will be required
