We, a local public listed company with business in property investment and property development, are seeking a self-motivated, proactive and high caliber individual for the following position:

結構工程師  
Structural Engineer

職責:

• 設計管理：參與地產專案的規劃設計、建築方案設計、工程策劃、施工圖設計等設計管理工作。
• 工程管理：組織設計單位、施工單位制定各類工作計畫；參與專案協調會，協調、跟進專案進度事宜。

Responsibilities:

• Work with Design Consultants on Design Stage
• Provide technical specification
• Advice on the cost estimate
• Monitor the site work during construction stage
• Check the variation work   

要求:

• 本科以上建築學相關專業畢業。
• 5年以上香港發展商或建築設計事務所工作經驗。
• 良好的書面英語及口語；良好的中文書面表達，普通話與粵語俱佳。
• 熟練使用製圖及建模軟體，例如AutoCAD，Revit，Rhinoceros，SketchUp等。
• 熟練使用Excel、Word、PowerPoint等Office軟體。
• 良好的人際交往能力，工作細緻，具有強烈的責任心。
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience involving in design or project management
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros, SketchUp, etc.
• Self-motivated, pleasant, dynamic and able to work independently
