航班服務主任 Customer Service Officer

We are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join our Transport Team as “Customer Service Officer"

In this role, you will:

• Perform the pre-flight check in the unit. Check entire catering uplift prior to loading into high loaders
• Hand-over of catering uplift to crew and get the signature for delivery note
• Coordinate with transport team and organize delivery to the flights on time
• Handling additional meals and confirming flight depart on time
• Be responsible for making suggestions or decisions inside the aircraft regarding catering issues
• Ensure the safety and hygiene standard for food and equipment

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• HKCEE / DSE or above
• With shift / airport operation experience is preferred
• Priority admission for driving license No.1 or 2
• Must be able to follow the rules and regulations of Airport Authority
• Fluent spoken and written English OR Chinese
• Fresh Graduates are welcome

• 良好粵語或英語，懂閱讀中文或英文
• 優先考慮具有有效駕駛執照(1號或2號牌)者
