Job Description

  • Handling incoming calls, greeting visitors and reception duties;
  • Process day to day general office duties & handle administration duties;
  • follow up Goods and parcel delivery arrange;
  • Assist on recruitment work, including arranging interviews;
  • Assist on employee on-board and exit process;
  • Cooperate with other department customers data updating;
  • Office supplies purchasing; office maintenance and repair; Organize to corporation activities (e.g. annual dinner, Christmas Party.)
  • Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.

Requirement

  • F.6 or above
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill
  • Good spoken and written English &  Chinese
  • Good spoken in Mandarin
  • Good PC skill in usage of E'mail, Excel, Power Point, MS Word & Chinese Word
  • Work independently, self-motivated, stable and detail-mind 

 

基本職責:
-總機接聽和來訪接待,快遞收發和管理,固定資產的管理;文件資料建檔存檔。
-負責各項行政、後勤及總務,公司辦公文具用品採購及辦公設備維護保養,維持公司正常工作秩序。  

-行政主管交付的其它行政事務,如費用管理、公司工商資質年審工作;
-協助人力資源部進行面試和培訓等基礎事務。
專業能力要求:
-F6畢業,文秘、工商管理、中文等相關文科專業為佳;
-具備團隊合作精神和高度責任感,具親和力,性格開朗,有熱誠,工作細緻耐心並積極主動,具備組織和執行能力。

-每週週一-週五,五天工作(9:00-18:00),年終獎金,即時上班者優先。
