職責：
通過優化可用資源的使用，確保配送活動的順利
遵守所有內部標準操作程式，確保配送活動的正確執行
監督、委派和監控工人績效，以實現預設績效和運營目標
通過安排車輛和交付團隊/司機活動路線，並與客戶協調，監督和執行日常交付
確保產品交付過程符合TLC標準
進行日間/夜間路線檢查
通過聯絡定期車輛維護和執行適當工作程式，確保工作安全
調查服務故障和關鍵績效指標(KPI)的下降趨勢，如運輸生產率、準時交付、交付頻率，並提出/執行糾正措施
獨立處理不同/臨時作業項目，並迅速獲得結果
處理緊急情況並與相關方協調
確保順利交接到下一班
跟進並處理客戶投訴和緊急查詢。
夜班工作4天（12.5小时/天）时连续放3日假；有特别津贴
要求：
F5或以上學歷，1年物流或其他相關經驗(可考慮畢業生)。
具備車輛技術知識並持有駕駛執照者優先
良好的人際交往、溝通、協調、組織、客戶導向和監督技能
懂基本电脑操作。
