1) Accounts Clerk

職務:

  • Perform routine accounting functions including data entry, document filing and preparing vouchers 負責協助處理會計應付入賬記錄及每日應收賬對賬工作
  • Prepare proper journal for accounting transactions協助製作財務紀錄及報表
  • Other clerical support to the Department and ad hoc assignments 文件整理及單據存檔工作

入職要求:

  • Diploma holder in Accounting or equivalent 會計文憑或同等學歷 或
  • LCCI holder will be an advantage 持有倫敦商會證書優先
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience 至少一年會計工作經驗
  • Familiar with MS Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint 必須熟悉中英文電腦文書處理,包括Excel及Word等微軟操作
  • Knowledge of the MYOB accounting system will be a plus 懂用MYOB更佳
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese 良好的中英文口語和書面表達能力
  • Less experience/ Recent graduate with high calibre is also welcome 應屆畢業生或經驗較少者也將被考慮
  • Immediate availability is preferable 可即時上班者優先

 

2) IT Support
 

Duties:

  • Work with project manager and internal team to complete technical tasks including system design, planning, documentation, implementation and system maintenance for customers
  • Provide maintenance services and technical support to clients on servers, PC, data networking and backend systems.
  • Handle system setup, backup, troubleshooting and administration of clients

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of solid experience in the IT support / Technical support / IT Helpdesk Service area is preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese
  • Less Experience with high calibre is also welcome
  • Dedicated to problem resolution and customer-oriented attitude
