CO-ORDINATOR, INTERNAL CONTROL (ISO SYSTEMS)

Duties:

  • Assists in implementation & maintaining company's ISO systems
  • Assists in data collection & analysis of performance data
  • Acting as liaison between departments
  • Coordinating with concerned parties to enhance quality, environment, safety & security-related processes
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to Internal Control Department
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with 1-2 years of working experience
  • Fresh graduate is welcomed
  • Fluent in English,Cantonese and good writing skills in English
  • Responsible, independent, good team player & willing to learn
  • Knowledge of ISO quality systems will definitely be an advantage
  • Immedidate available preferred

SALES SUPERVIOR/SENIOR SUPERVISOR - SALES & MARKETING

Duties:

  • Responsible for hunting new business, particularly for ocean business through sales calls & sales visits to potential customers
  • Follow up inquiries from overseas to ensure compliance with company's & customers standard operating procedures
  • Maintain good business partner relations with clients and customers
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above
  • More than 8 years of solid sales and business develpment experiences in freight forwarding industry. 
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Immediate available preferred
