The all-day dining cafe TOO brings a high level of creativity to casual dining with ten cooking theatres, each featuring a different culinary style showcasing exciting international cuisines, as well as stages for our chefs’ engaging performances.

 

Job Responsibilities 工作內容

  • To prepare the food orders with high quality and consistency 預備食材及烹調食物
  • To ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements 根據酒店的食物安全標準維持餐廳的衛生水平

Job Requirements 工作要求

  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity 一年相關經驗
  • Basic Knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000  基本食物安全及衞生知識
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills 良好的團隊合作精神與溝通技巧
