Account Manager

Aigens is a Hong Kong-based, young and fast-growing Res Tech market leader in the SE Asia region, developing and delivering business-changing technologies to our customers in F&B and hotels sectors. We’re now hiring an experienced Account Manager to join our expanding team and business. You should be a people-oriented person, with a proven track record of success in upselling and developing business with customers. 

You will

  • Manage post-sales account relationship and activities; prospect upselling opportunities to drive growth of business
  • Proactively acquire product knowledge and offer appropriate solutions to customers; deliver or assist in product presentations and demos 
  • Coordinate and communicate unique account and product requirements with internal teams; manage expectations to upkeep customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with business development team to develop excellent customer relationship and maximise conversion of sales opportunities
  • Maintain customer information in CRM to ensure transparency and validity for effective account management in a highly collaborative environment
You have
  • A bachelor degree in Business Administration, IT, or another relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience account management in IT solutions or Technology business; exposure to F&B industry is desirable
  • A great sense of accountability and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent skills in customer relationship, upselling, cross selling, and stakeholder management
  • A people-oriented nature and the ability to demonstrate care and empathy under pressure
  • High proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
