PROJECT MANAGER & BUSINESS SUPPORT - FITNESS INDUSTRY
We are looking for candidate with project management and leasing experience to assist with finding sites and managing contractors and suppliers. The role will include finding suitable sites, working with leasing agents, negotiating with landlords, working with contractors and franchisees to build new clubs. Providing administration support to existing and new franchisees after clubs are open.
- Read and write English, Speak Cantonese and Mandarin and can read and write Traditional Chinese.
- Competent with use of computers, excel, word and emails
- Friendly, outgoing and energetic
- Sales skills are preferred but not essential
- Self, motivated and well organised
- Some knowledge of finding sites and real estate
- Having contacts in property and leasing is preferred but not essential.
