Middle Office / Corporate Access

Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for external clients on all operational issues including: account set up, documentations and settlements.
  • First point of contact for Account Managers on trade bookings / issue resolution
  • Work closely with external clients, settlement teams and third party institutions to settle client trades
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate trade capture
  • Manage client queries, ensuring they are investigated and resolved in a timely fashion
  • Assist with corporate roadshows, analyst marketing, company visits and client trips and tours
  • Handle and respond to investor conferences and enquiries
  • Create periodic management reports
Requirement
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Translation or related disciplines;
  • A minimum of 1-2 years relevant working experience, preferably gained from reputable financial institutions would be an advantage;
  • Strong communication, planning, coordination and problem solving skills;
  • Detail-Minded, with strong sense of responsibility and team spirit;
  • Capable of using MS office, e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, including Mandarin
