Reporting to Executive Chef & Sous Chef on production matter
Participate in daily preparation and production, close monitor and control food production by Junior staffs to be in line with company’s requirement
Maintain food hygiene and operational safety within production area
Work closely with production team members on menu updates and production operations
Good common sense for making daily on-the-job decisions when required
Aligning with third party contractors to ensure operations and logistics arrangement running smooth
Closely work with operation and customer services team leaders and participate day-to-day operations, including but not limited to manage production schedules, daily packing etc.
Monitor, guide and support to the Junior staffs.
Participate in QA/QC functions when required
Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
At least 3 years relevant experience in which exposure in leadership role will be a bonus
Team player with positive attitude
Self-motivated, responsible and multitasking ability
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English & Cantonese
Working in shifts when required
HK Permanent residence or valid working permit
Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage
