Manager, Talent Acquisition

Ambition

Our client is a well-established Hong Kong listed company with operations in Asia Pacific and Hong Kong. A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and innovative Talent Acquisition professional to join their sizable Group HR function.

Reporting to the HR Director, this is a newly created opportunity where you will initially work as an individual contributor, with view of building and leading a team. As the project lead, you will set out and execute the roadmap for this new Centre of Excellence, and centralise the Recruitment and Onboarding function. A key part of your mandate is to drive this initiative, collaborate with business leaders and senior managers; deep dive into the operations and gain an in-depth understanding of the corporate culture, establish and enhance employer branding, talent sourcing strategy and channels. This role will see you spearheading the ERP implementation for R&O, ensuring an effective and integrated talent sourcing solution for the Group. This is an exciting role where your contribution will have a true and immediate impact on the organisation.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Management or Technology related disciplines
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, at least 5 years in a senior TA capacity
  • Experiences gained in sizable multinationals or HK listed companies is a must
  • Prior experience in ERP system implementation would be highly desirable
  • Excellent project management skills; proactive and result oriented approach
  • Familiar with HK labour law ordinance; exposure to APAC markets is a plus
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
