Sales Administration Officer

CAS Systems Limited

Job duties:

  • Provide sales support to sales team including prepare quotations, orders and projects follow up, generate sales reports.
  • Handle and follow up customers' enquiries.
  • Work closely with local/overseas customers and resellers, ensure that all the orders meet the customer needs and the scheduled timeline.
  • Responsible for purchasing activities, liaise with suppliers.
  • Stock management, delivery and shipment arrangement
  • Assist manager to formulate and implement administrative and HR policies
  • Provide professional office administration services to internal parties
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


  • Degree / diploma or equivalent qualification in business or related diciplines
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in sales administrative work
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and also Putonghua.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded.
  • Immediately available preferred
