- Provide sales support to sales team including prepare quotations, orders and projects follow up, generate sales reports.
- Handle and follow up customers' enquiries.
- Work closely with local/overseas customers and resellers, ensure that all the orders meet the customer needs and the scheduled timeline.
- Responsible for purchasing activities, liaise with suppliers.
- Stock management, delivery and shipment arrangement
- Assist manager to formulate and implement administrative and HR policies
- Provide professional office administration services to internal parties
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Degree / diploma or equivalent qualification in business or related diciplines
- Minimum 1 year working experience in sales administrative work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and also Putonghua.
- Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded.
