The appointee will be responsible to the Registrar or his/her nominee for providing administrative support to the day-to-day operation, student activities, student administration system, other general administrative duties and enquiry service in one of the Registry’s functional teams.
Applicants should have a recognized bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience. A good command of English and Chinese (inclusive of Putonghua), good interpersonal and organizational skills, a logical mind and strong computer skills are required.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited to attend a trade test.
Terms of Appointment
Successful candidate will be appointed on a full-time 2-year contract. Fringe benefits will include annual leave, medical & dental benefits, life insurance coverage and gratuity, where applicable.
