  • Organize service training about product/programme features and sales techniques to front line staff
  • Conduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills (e.g. negotiation, teamwork, conflict management and troubleshooting skills)
  • On-site observation, identify gaps and evaluate the training effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain updated records of training curricula and material
  • Other assignments include preparing monthly royalty report, teaching materials, tutor allowance report etc
  • Support student events
  • Ad hoc assignments and projects


  • 3 years or above experience as customer service trainer in retail environments
  • Knowledge of education centre operations is highly preferred
  • Good command of English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin an advantage
  • Good in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
