Account & Admin Assistant - Financial Printing (Central, 5 days work)
JAN Financial Press Limited is a financial printing company in Hong Kong. Our company is working with global listed companies and professional parties including bankers, lawyers, accountants etc., and we are currently looking for executives to join our team in Hong Kong. It is a great opportunity to learn from our skilled and experienced management teams that are looking to add to these new joiners.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Account payable, receivable and Petty Cash
- Perform daily system input, prepare invoices and statements
- Assist in month end closing & monthly HR reports
- Report to Finance Manager
- Ad hoc project
Requirements:
- High diploma/diploma in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- 1 year relevant working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Chinese word processing)
- Hand on experience in CAC accounting system is an advantage
- Strong sense of the responsibilities, detail-minded and willing to learn
- Fresh graduated will also be considered
- Immediately available is preferred.
