Admin & Account Officer
Working location: Lai Chi Kok
Office hours: 9:00am to 18:00pm (from Mon to Fri) and 9:00am to 13:00pm (alternative duty in SAT)
Salary: HKD18000 - 22000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administration and secretarial work as required;
  • Perform administrative and office support activities; manage the part of accounts for the company;
  • Review and analyze accounting transactions;
  • Liaise with auditors as required;and
  • Ad hoc work as requested.


Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in accounting or related discipline;
  • At least 5 years experiences in Admin/Accounting/HR;
  • Ambition to learn new skills across different fields;
  • Positive attitude, outgoing and a team player;
  • Detail-oriented, patient and the ability to work under pressure;
  • Fluency in English and Chinese; and
  • Required languages English & Mandarin
  • Advanced/intermediate in Microsoft Office and Excel (Quickbooks welcome).
