Account & Administration Clerk

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for handling full set of accounting documents
  • Prepare month-end closing report, maintain complete and up-to-date accounting records
  • Prepare daily accounting vouchers, data entries and filing
  • Handle general administration tasks.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support
  • Handle any ad-hoc assignments when necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • LCCI Higher / Diploma in Accounting or above.
  • At least 2 years solid accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of MYOB is preferable.
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
  • Excellent organization skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked.
